Tito Ortiz joins Chuck Liddell and Matt Hughes Tuesday as former UFC champions this year penning an autography.

Ortiz, with co-writer Marc Shapiro, shares his life story in "This Is Gonna Hurt: The Life of a Mixed Martial Arts Champion," published by Simon Spotlight Entertainment.

Ortiz opens up in greater detail his troubled past with drugs, crimes and gangs before turning his life around with the help of wrestling and eventually mixed martial arts.

Simon Spotlight Entertainment's previous mixed martial arts-related release, Matt Hughes' "Made in America: The Most Dominant Champion in UFC History," debuted #21 on the New York Times Bestsellers List. Its next release should be an even more successful autobiography, Randy Couture's "Becoming the Natural: My Life In and Out of the Cage," which is slated to arrive in stores July 22.

Ortiz's next fight will be against Lyoto Machida at UFC 84: ILL WILL on May 24. Ortiz has repeatedly said that this will be his final fight inside the UFC Octagon.
