Jason Guida will step in to replace Jeff Monson in the main event of Adrenaline MMA this Saturday at the Sears Centre near Chicago, Illinois.

Jason, the brother of UFC lightweight Clay, is a go-to-guy for promoter Monte Cox when there is a need for a last-minute heavyweight. Guida will fight Chicago police officer and one-time PRIDE competitor Mike Russow.

Monson is out due to a broken hand suffered in his loss to Josh Barnett on May 18 at World Victory Road's "Sengoku" 2. Monson is also expected to be sidelined from the main event against Ricco Rodriguez at "Godz of War" on June 21.
